  • When to Vote – In Ada County voters have three options for voting:

    • Vote Absentee: Requests for an absentee ballot must be made each year. Remember, absentee ballots must be received by the Elections Office by 8 p.m. on Election Day. You can request your absentee ballot here.

    • Early Voting: Early Voting is offered two weeks prior to Election Day (November 7th, 2023). You can visit an Early Voting site Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For the November 7th Election, Early Voting dates are October 23rd – November 3rd.

    • In-Person voting on Election Day: Polls are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Double check your polling location here.

Unlike other states, you will not receive a Idaho State Voter Guide. You can request a ballot for early voting if you won't be available to vote on election day
